Viburnum Henryi

This Genus has something for everyone and this Asian evergreen shrub is a bit of an unsung hero of the group.

It has narrow evergreen leaves on an elegant open framed shrub to 3or 4 metres. Don’t then use it to screen your weird behaviour from the neighbours! The panicles of tiny flowers are produced during spring and are followed by clusters of small red berries.

It will grow well in sun or shade and can be pruned as needs be, however don’t expect to make it bushy.

I have nice plants in 25cm. pots at $29.50DSC_0239
